E-Signature Consent

Solve Mortgage ("Solve Mortgage") is committed to providing efficient and convenient communication with our broker partners and borrowers. We rely on electronic communication, documentation, and our web portal to conduct business and provide required disclosures as part of the mortgage application and lending process.



Consent Required

By using this website and our services, you consent to conduct business electronically and receive disclosures and communications in electronic format. This consent applies to all current and future transactions and communications.



Scope of Electronic Communications

Your consent covers:

  • Loan applications and related documentation
  • Disclosures required by federal and state law
  • Rate sheets and pricing information
  • Status updates and notifications
  • Marketing communications (where permitted)
  • Legal notices and policy updates


Methods of Electronic Delivery

We may deliver electronic communications through:

  • Email to your registered email address
  • Secure document upload/download systems
  • Mobile applications
  • Text/SMS messages (where you have opted in)


Technical Requirements

To receive and review electronic communications, you need:
